Invisible Empire
My work focuses on the invisible empire of insects. I selected non-traditional mediums such as thread and fabric dye because of their undervalued importance. In choosing both subject matter and materials that tend to be overlooked, I implore the viewer to reevaluate what is worthy of attention and consideration.
